Our accommodation offers a comfortable and versatile range of options to suit every traveler. We have 25 well-appointed rooms, including 20 Twin Rooms perfect for friends or colleagues, 4 spacious Family Rooms ideal for those traveling with children, and a romantic Honeymoon Room featuring a king-size bed for couples seeking a special getaway. For outdoor enthusiasts, our campsite features 17 grassed camping sites, each equipped with access to water, electricity, and braai (barbecue) facilities. Guests share well-maintained communal ablution blocks, each with 2 showers and 2 toilets, ensuring convenience and comfort in a natural setting.
Each of our rooms is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Guests can enjoy the convenience of en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and mosquito nets for a peaceful night’s sleep. For added comfort, hair dryers are available upon request at reception. To keep your valuables secure, a safe is also available at reception
Family Room
Our spacious family rooms offer the following sleeping arrangements:
- 2x Family Rooms (sleep 4) within the same room
- 1x Family Room (sleep 4) in two separate rooms
- 1x Family Room (sleep 5) in two separate rooms
Double Room
Our double room boasts a lovely king-sized bed, sitting nook, and vanity corner, decorated with charming rustic furnishings‒the ideal hideout for those on a romantic holiday!
Twin Room
Our twin rooms are equally popular amongst couples, close friends, or individual travelers. Despite having a common theme throughout, each room has its own distinct appeal. All twin rooms feature two ¾ beds.
Campsite
In addition to the lodge facilities, Auob Country Lodge provides spacious tree-covered campsites within walking distance on the banks of the Auob River. Each camp has its own fire pit, electrical outlet, and shared ablution facilities.
We make special arrangements to introduce Springbok, Lechwe, and Nyala antelope in a small breeding camp adjacent to the campsite, open to campers and lodging guests for viewing.
